Get ready to become a wizard during an immersive day in Edinburgh.

Get picked-up at your hotel, then start your day by learning about the history of magic, and discovering a couple of spells during a 2h guided tour.

Did you know that Thomas Riddell has a grave in a cemetery in Edinburgh? Or that the white stag is a symbol of Edinburgh? We can never know what inspires an author, as their creativity comes from many different sources but during a walking tour of the Old Town, discover all the legends and hidden spots of Edinburgh which surrounded JK Rowling while she started to live in Edinburgh in 1993.
Visit the Royal Mile where you'll see the hands of JK Rowling, Victoria Street, the Grassmarket and its dark history, Greyfriars cemetery and the Potter grave, before popping by the National Museum of Scotland to discover some of its wizarding world secrets. This extended guided tour is ideal for those wanting to go into the nooks and crannies of the the Edinburgh inspirations.

Wizard lunch
After your 2h private guided tour, warm yourself in a wizard restaurant and have fun trying potions cocktails and mocktails. Fair warning: they will bubble, smoke, and burst into flames!
Spellbook-binding workshop
During the afternoon, it's time to apply the magic your learned in the morning ! Hop in a taxi to join an exciting grimoire crafting workshop to create your own spellbook.

Embark on your journey into the art of bookbinding by delving into the basics. Uncover the mysteries behind selecting the appropriate tools and materials, ranging from leather to paper, to fashion a grimoire imbued with allure and individuality. Acquire the skills to adeptly assemble and bind your personal grimoire under the guidance of our expert instructors. They will lead you through each step, ensuring that your final creation is not only beautiful but also sturdy and prepared to withstand the passage of time.

Your own grimoire: a medium-sized notebooks measuring around 13 x 20 cm and featuring 150 pages of heavyweight blank paper. They're ideal for writing, drawing, sketching, collage, spell books and much more.

Wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes. Cloaks, wands and hats are of course welcome!
