If you turn left after St Giles, take 3 steps down Barrie's Close with your eyes closed, then tap the tip of your wand 7 times against the great black door, you will enter the Edinburgh School of Magic. Within  candlelit rooms lost for centuries after the last Great Edinburgh Fire, become a new student and join a story you will never forget.

 

Between potion and spell casting classes, you have indeed stumbled on a strange mystery. Every day, at midnight exactly, a trap door appears within the east corridor. What is hidden underneath it? And does it have something to do with the strangle earthquakes which have been shaking the castle recently?

Investigate this mystery and crack puzzles to solve it!

How does it work?

Discover the Wizarding world through animated maps such as the one below:

A Master of Story will narrate for you your adventure, and offer you the possibility to make choices. For example: will you decide to cross the bridge, or prefer to explore the creek under the bridge? Pending on your choices, the Master of Story will evolve the storyline - no two adventures are the same!

As part of this, you will also be able to solve puzzles, similar to an escape game.

Dress code: 

Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy, and comfortable shoes. Cloaks, wands and hats are of course welcome!
